Browsing Data – Social Features
The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the Site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code about the status of the response made by the server successful, error, etc. and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment). Although this is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by their nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

Communication and dissemination of data

Rights of the interested party
Article. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the interested party (in this case the user), as a subject to whom the personal data refer, some rights, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence at any time or less of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, or rectification. Pursuant to the same article, the interested party also has the right to request the Company to cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment .
