S1 BEGINNERS

Perfect for your first time on a board.
You’ll learn:
Standing and balancing
– Adjusting and using the paddle correctly
– Basic paddle techniques
– Key maneuvers and “stance” position
– Leash use (ankle strap)
– Water safety
– Dryland and in-water exercises
– Basic training and common mistakes to avoid

S2 IMPROVEMENT

For those with a good knowledge who want to refine technique and power.
Focus on:
– More advanced paddling technique
– Posture and weight distribution
– Kick turns and dynamic maneuvers
– Smooth and powerful strokes
– Managing wind and current

S3 ADVANCED

Think big! Paddle independently and face new challenges.
You’ll work on:
-Advanced technique and precise control
-Tough conditions (Downwind/Upwind)
-Customized training
-Strategies for long distances and endurance
-Maneuver refinement

At the end of the courses, you can rent Sport Action equipment and enjoy the lake freely.
